I know that moment intimately. I lived it.
I spent years in the corporate world, chasing goals that looked like success from the outside. And then, quietly but undeniably, everything shifted. Not in a dramatic flash but in the slow, certain way that truth tends to arrive. I began walking a path of deep inner work, moving through layers of conditioning, grief, and old stories I didn't know I was still carrying. I studied. I healed. I cracked open. And I kept going.
Over a decade of that journey has brought me here to you.
Today I work at the intersection of energy healing and sacred geometry, holding space for women who are done settling for a life that doesn't feel like theirs.
